New Member site aids.

Here are some new member links to help you as you start out with LeTip Breakfast of Newport.

You are encouraged to pass at least 4 tips per month.
It may sound like a lot of leads, but read what Jim Ballidis of our group wrote on being a top tipper and passing leads.  He has been a past president and top tipper many times.

Embrace the concept of networking.
New members sometimes are natural networkers.  If you do not feel you are that type of person, see this article on the benefits of networking.

Attend a Lunch Bunch Meeting
This is a way for you to really get to know someone in the group.  If you know who they are, it is a lot easier to explain to others what they do.  See our schedule of events for the next lunch bunch meeting.

Send out letters to 10 prospects when you join
When you join, you are required to send 10 letters to others that you know who would possibly like to join the group.  A sample letter is attached.  Just cut and paste or do your own.  Do not underestimate the power of this step.  By sending letters, you are committing to the group.  You are helping it grow.  You are also likely to gain business when you keep in front of the prospect.  Send the letters immediately and you will find they are very powerful for you and the group.

When it is your turn, Showboat your services well
Several years ago, we had a showboat contest.  Who could provide the most interesting showboat table?  The effort was worth it.  Interest in you and your products is generated from such an effort.  Think of showboating as a creative and interactive way to show all that you do.  Give it some thought and you will see results by getting more leads and referrals.  Our tip production that year went up 40%, in part  because of the effort to really shine at the showboating station.

These are just a few of the steps to get started. We hope you find the Breakfast of Newport really helpful to your business.
